P. Def. +8%, Casting Spd. +15%, Speed +7, small decrease in chance of spell interruption, Paralysis Resistance +50%, WIT +2, and MEN -2.


A lot of OL's/WC's prefer Arcana Robes because of their increased mattack and weight limit = more cp pots.
It's also good against stun and interruptions so you will be able to spam your drains, buffs and cp heals better. Some people just OE the dc (+6 Bonus) set to have
a good set with higher PDef.
For a siege I don't know if it's all about Casting Speed (Ally Buffs) or AoE Debuffs, it's probably better to have a good mattack for those debuffs because you will have enough time to buff the alliance anyway.

yeah i thought so , Arcana is preety good for Ol because of the +1Int and 8% M.atk , still ppl think that DC is the best armor , i don't think so , you can get the 15% cast from DC with an SA and DC gives +2 Wit , still Arcana give's +1Wit so i guess +1Int and 8% M.atk in exchange for 1Wit is a preety good trade ^^ . Thank you for your reply Warfare , you are the best ^^.This is kinda offtopic i know in Interlude Mages have like 30% chance to miss an attack and Tank's have the ability to block it , how is that going on PTS?

I have seen OL running around in OE's +6 sets of BW light (casting speed bonus, good pdef, evasion bonus, and mdef bonus). It seems to work great.

They use the BW Light for lvling mostly, I would never go out in PvP with that on yuck!

I use DC robes right now, +3, +4, +3, +3 and they work fine for me, I haven't tried M. Arcana for two reasons:

1.) Don't have the Level Requirement.

2.) Too expensive O.o
