CCleaner is a great tool, it is not built just for W7 but it does an amazing job of clearing out the clutter on your computer!

Well hopefully they come out with a version of CCleaner for Windows 7. CCleaner is a great tool. It will fix errors in your registry, clean out temp files and a bunch of other stuff, without taking forever to do so!
